WELL PET PROGRAM for Puppies

Canyon Lake Veterinary Hospital is providing this program for the puppies of our clients. The package includes the following money saving services:

• Puppies enrolled in this program are entitled to 50% off Microchipping Chip.

• Hospital Tour: visit all areas of the hospital on a guided tour.

• Physical Examination - at each program visit a comprehensive exam to ensure a healthy pet.

• Dental Visit: comprehensive dental exam at 5 1/2 months old.

• Professional Consultation by the Doctor: discuss nutrition, preventative medicine, and other concerns.

• Vaccinations: featuring the Merial vaccines. Ask for details.
